FITNESS KETO GUMMIES / Review

Does it work?
When something looks too good to be true, it usually is – and that’s where we come in. We’ve done a comprehensive, unbiased and evidence based Fitness Keto Gummies review. We go through all the component ingredients, the science and the dosage, to answer your biggest question – does it work?
Fitness Keto Gummies are marketed as a combination of Apple Cider Vinegar, Green Tea and Beta-Hydroxybutyrate (BHB) in gummy form. The idea is that these gummies help to maintain your fat burning / ketosis while you’re on a keto diet. Most experts recognize that the ketogenic diet is hard to maintain, and unforgiving when you fall off the wagon, which has paved the way for these “support”, or booster products to go along with the diet.
There are a plethora of positive reviews and videos all over the internet, but it can be hard to know whether these reviews really stack up as they are all suspiciously similar.
The Claims
Taken directly from one of the official Fitness Keto Gummies websites:
With big claims like these, there’s no doubt that this product would get a lot of attention from hopeful people wanting support with their weight loss. It certainly got ours.
The Ingredients
There doesn’t appear to be a Supplement Facts or Nutritional label in all the Fitness Keto Gummy marketing, so there is the ingredient list (such as it is) from the website:

What do the active ingredients do?
We’ve documented how effective each ingredient is for weight loss. These ratings are based on actual clinical trials, and referenced in each of our supplement fact sheets. You can dig into the details of each one to understand more:
Ingredient | Does it work for weight loss? |
---|---|
(Sodium/Calcium/Magnesium) as Beta-Hydroxybutyrate | 🔴 |
Green Tea (Camellia Sinensis) | 🟢 |
Apple Cider Vinegar | 🟡 |
* Other Ingredients – Gelatin, rice etc are what makes the gummy.
Let’s talk about the dosage:
How much of these active ingredients would you need to take, to get results? The answer is a lot, and it seems very unlikely that Fitness Keto Gummies offers anything like these dosages in their product, otherwise they’d be stating it loud and proud on their packaging and websites.
Ingredient | Effective Dose (Daily) |
---|---|
(Sodium/Calcium/Magnesium) as Beta-Hydroxybutyrate | 6-12 grams |
Green Tea (Camellia Sinensis) | 400-500mg |
Apple Cider Vinegar | 1500mg (acetic acid |

The Campaign
You likely started your journey with an enticing ad about a “Life Changing Discovery”, made by a medical student that helped her to shed 52 pounds (23kg) in a month.
Then you get the loooong and improbable story of Elizabeth Mitchell (who doesn’t seem to actually exist) and how she “discovered” this groundbreaking way to sustain ketosis on the keto diet.

- There’s a long list of testimonials and before and after pics
- The promotional story we saw involved a bizarre theory about how “this exact time of year is when people have the best chance of losing the most weight” – unsurprisingly, a quick look at the site code shows that this is set to be whatever month it currently is. Funny.
- From the promo story, you are whisked away to the “Buy Now” site, where all the usual pressure is applied – no stock left, this price will only last another 11 hours etc etc
- And in typical scammy fashion – the pricing is hard to fathom, but you eventually work out there’s really only one choice. Not to mention that $67.95 per bottle is eye wateringly expensive for 15 days worth of product.
Importantly - Keto Fitness Gummies have not been evaluated by the FDA (in US), the MHRA (in UK) or the TGA (in Australia) - like all herbal supplements, as long as it's not going to kill you, or the manufacturer doesn't claim that it will cure or treat a disease, the company is clear to market the product as it sees fit.
But what about all those Fitness Keto Gummy reviews?

Everywhere you look on the internet, there are so-called “reviews” that use clickbait like “SCAM ALERT”, “The TRUTH EXPOSED” , “HONEST REVIEW” etc etc. They get you in, regurgitate the company spiel, build your trust and then provide a link to buy the product. This is fairly standard behavior from Affiliate Marketers.
The company uses some Affiliate marketing to sell this product. All those “reviews” are from the affiliate network – they are compensated for any sale they have helped to make via their reviews.
In summary
Fitness Keto Gummies and the company marketing them, are about as scammy as it gets. Few of the ingredients are proven to do what the company claims, and even if they were – who knows how much actual ingredient is in the product. Stay away from this one.

Why do we do these reviews?
You could probably consider us the anti-influencers. You won't find glamorous videos posted by beautiful people here, and we are not compensated for selling you things. In fact we do the opposite - we use facts, research and data to inform you.
We do this because the health & beauty industry so often seeks to profit from your insecurities - and honestly, that's not OK with us.
