BEDOWELL KETO ACV GUMMIES / Review

Magnifying Glass for Articles

Does it work?

Overall rating:

When a diet supplement looks too good to be true, it usually is – and that’s where we come in. We’ve done a comprehensive, unbiased and evidence based review of BeDoWell Keto ACV Gummies. We dive into the details – the ingredients, the science and the dosage, to answer your biggest question – does it work?

BeDoWell Keto ACV Gummies seem to be a combination of Apple Cider Vinegar, and Beta-Hydroxybutyrate (BHB) – at least that’s what the name implies. The idea is that these gummies help to maintain your fat burning / ketosis while you’re on a keto diet. Most experts recognize that the ketogenic diet is hard to maintain, and unforgiving when you fall off the wagon, which has paved the way for these “support”, or booster products to go along with the diet.

There are a plethora of positive reviews and videos all over the internet, but it can be hard to know whether these reviews really stack up as they are all suspiciously similar.

The Claims

Taken directly from one of the official BeDoWell Keto ACV Gummies websites:

Activate Fat Burning Ketosis
“Melt” fat fast without diet or exercise
“Release” fat stores
Help you burn fat for energy instead of carbs

With big claims like these, there’s no doubt that this product would get a lot of attention from hopeful people wanting support with their weight loss. It certainly got ours.

The Ingredients

There doesn’t appear to be a Supplement Facts or Nutritional label in any of the BeDoWell Keto ACV Gummies marketing. There’s not even a basic list that hints at the ingredients outside of the claim of “100% BHB”.
Already super scammy.

The FDA, TGA and MHRA all recommend that you always read the label and know what you’re actually taking. It is a real red flag that this company does not provide the nutritional breakdown anywhere in it’s marketing. How many grams are there per serve? How many calories?

What do the active ingredients do?

We can’t honestly ascertain what these gummies have in them, but for the 2 ingredients that are mentioned in the name and the marketing fluff, we’ve documented their effectiveness for weight loss. These ratings are based on actual clinical trials, and referenced in each of our supplement fact sheets. You can dig into the details of each one to understand more:

* There’s no other Ingredients listed, but we assume there’s at least gelatin, rice etc in order to make the actual gummy.

Let’s talk about the dosage:

How much of these active ingredients would you need to take, to get results? The answer is a lot, and it seems very unlikely that BeDoWell Keto ACV Gummies contain anything like these dosages in their product. Below are the dosages that are proven to work:

IngredientEffective Dose (Daily)
BHB Beta-Hydroxybutyrate6-12 grams
Apple Cider Vinegar1500mg (acetic acid
We don’t know what the per-serve dosage of BeDoWell Keto ACV Gummies is, and worse – we don’t know what the daily serve is either. So how long does a bottle of 60 gummies last?

The Campaign

You likely started your journey with an enticing ad about a “Miracle Fat Loss Discovery” or the “Secret Diet trick being used by models and celebrities”.

bedowell keto acv gummies claims

Do just a little digging, and you’ll find there are no known associations with any celebrities – major or minor. And there’s no actual documented evidence of any human trials for BeDoWell Keto ACV Gummies. Ever.

bedowell keto acv gummies pricing
  • There’s a long list of testimonials and before and after pics
  • There’s a long lecture about the ketogenic diet, ketones and ketosis. Most of which is mostly true, but doesn’t seem to have much to do with this product.
  • From the promo, you are whisked away to the “Buy Now” site, where all the usual pressure is applied – no stock left, this price will only last ashort while etc etc
  • And WOW. $89.98 for a single bottle is eye wateringly expensive – especially since you don’t know how long a bottle lasts, because you don’t know the dosage.
  • The volume deal seems to be based on the idea that if you want to lose 14kg+ you need to buy 6 bottles. Well how the hell did they work that out? This dosage approach is so far from scientific reality it could well be dangerous.
Importantly - BeDoWell Keto ACV Gummies have not been evaluated by the FDA (in US), the MHRA (in UK) or the TGA (in Australia) - like all herbal supplements, as long as it's not going to kill you, or the manufacturer doesn't claim that it will cure or treat a disease, the company is clear to market the product as it sees fit.

But what about all those reviews?

Fitness Keto Gummies 4

Everywhere you look on the internet, there are so-called “reviews” that use clickbait like “SCAM ALERT”, “The TRUTH EXPOSED” , “HONEST REVIEW” etc etc. They get you in, regurgitate the company spiel, build your trust and then provide a link to buy the product. This is fairly standard behavior from Affiliate Marketers.

The company uses some Affiliate marketing to sell this product. All those “reviews” are from the affiliate network – they are compensated for any sale they have helped to make via their reviews.

In summary

BeDoWell Keto ACV Gummies and the company marketing them, are about as scammy as it gets. Few of the ingredients are proven to do what the company claims, and even if they were – who knows how much actual ingredient is in the product. Stay away from this one.

Why do we do these reviews?
You could probably consider us the anti-influencers. You won't find glamorous videos posted by beautiful people here, and we are not compensated for selling you things. In fact we do the opposite - we use facts, research and data to inform you.
We do this because the health & beauty industry so often seeks to profit from your insecurities - and honestly, that's not OK with us.
